CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. It helps to empower clients with tools to better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and build healthier coping strategies for everyday life.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build healthy coping strategies.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help people recover from trauma, distressing memories, anxiety, and PTSD. By using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess traumatic experiences, reducing their emotional impact.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps individuals accept difficult thoughts and feelings that we can't reframe, connect with their values, and take committed action toward meaningful change. Rather than avoiding discomfort, ACT encourages compassionate self-awareness to help people live more fully and authentically.

Schema Therapy

Schema Therapy is an integrative approach that helps individuals identify and change long-standing patterns developed early in life—known as “schemas”—that can affect how we think, feel, and relate to others.

Neuro-affirming Care

Neuroaffirming care recognises and values neurological differences as natural variations of the human experience. Rather than focusing on "fixing" or changing individuals, this approach embraces different brain styles and honours different strengths, needs, and preferences.
